1. Cleanse your neck thoroughly to remove dirt; avoid using oil in combination with this treatment.
2. To power on the device, press and hold the power button for more than 1.5 seconds.
3. Use a short press on the button to select one of three modes: Cleaning, Heat, or Micro-current.
4. Hold the handle and gently move it upwards along the natural contours of your neck or jaw (avoiding the central neck bone).
5. Glide over each targeted area for 5 seconds.

Usage Frequency

For optimal results, use the device 2-3 times a week for 5 minutes each session. Consider increasing usage to 5 times a week during the first month for enhanced results.
